Cardiac Rehabilitation
2 Jack Foster Drive

To improve the quality of life for cardiac patients, an exercise prescription is designed to restore the heart to a healthy condition through monitored activity.

During the exercise sessions, cardiac activity is electrically monitored by the professional staff.  Aimed at improving the patient's muscle strength, endurance and flexibility, the cardiac rehab team provides an encouraging environment that motivates the patient to make a lifetime commitment to regular exercise.

Following completion of the prescribed program, Maintenance Sessions provide support for continuing exercise in a group setting.
